1. Who We Are
TravelVowz is a registered travel service provider offering domestic and international tour packages, visa assistance, hotel reservations, travel insurance, and other related services. Our mission is to make travel planning stress-free, personalized, and unforgettable.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp, email, or authorized agents. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from TravelVowz. Final itineraries and travel documents will be shared after full payment.
3. Payments
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, and approved payment gateways. All prices are dynamic and subject to change until full payment is made. Any difference arising from currency fluctuations or third-party surcharges must be borne by the client.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation charges vary by airline, hotel, and destination policies. Our service fees are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 15–30 business days after deducting applicable fees. No refunds are issued for unused services.
5. Travel Insurance
We recommend all clients to purchase travel insurance. TravelVowz is not responsible for any injury, medical emergency, loss of baggage, or trip delays unless covered by your policy.
6. Visas and Documentation
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of consulates/embassies. TravelVowz only assists in documentation and submission. We are not responsible for rejections, delays, or additional requirements. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
7. Responsibilities and Liabilities
TravelVowz acts as a facilitator between the client and third-party vendors. We are not liable for losses, delays, or service issues caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or pandemics.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, adhere to local laws, respect cultural norms, and maintain responsible conduct during travel. Any damages or penalties arising from client actions are the sole responsibility of the client.
9. Changes and Amendments
Amendments to travel plans are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All changes must be requested in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or alter itineraries in case of unavoidable circumstances.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and branding on the TravelVowz website and materials are protected and may not be reused or reproduced without prior written consent.
11. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal data collected is used solely for travel services and will not be shared without your consent. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
